Weekly Dawah Stall

At Airdrie Islamic Center, we are dedicated to fostering understanding, dialogue, and respectful engagement about Islam. Our weekly Dawah stalls in Glasgow City Centre serve as a platform for open and meaningful discussions, where individuals from all backgrounds can ask questions, share their thoughts, and explore Islam in an honest and welcoming environment.

Our approach is rooted in wisdom, kindness, and respectful dialogue, in line with the Quranic principle:

“Call to the way of your Lord with wisdom and good advice, and argue with them in the best of manners.” (Surah An-Nahl 16:125)

We strive to dispel misconceptions, clarify doubts, and provide a professional information service that encourages mutual understanding. Our team is committed to ensuring a non-confrontational, open, and respectful exchange of views, allowing people to explore Islam in a way that is accessible and engaging.

Whether you are curious about Islamic teachings, seeking answers to specific questions, or simply wish to engage in thoughtful conversation, our Dawah stalls offer a welcoming space for dialogue. We invite everyone—regardless of background or belief—to visit us, ask questions, and be part of a constructive and enlightening discussion.

Over the past 15 years, in collaboration with the national charity called Islamic Outreach Project we have managed to give out half a million copies of the English translation of the Quran plus thousands of copies of translation in other European languages and more than a million copies of literature on various topics related to Islam and dispelling misconceptions about Islam- all these have been provided to the wider community totally free of charge due to the generous donations of our community.

We look forward to meeting you and sharing knowledge in the spirit of mutual respect and understanding.
